全集成多功能MOSFET－C CCII连续时间滤波器的设计

本文提出了一种以第二代电流传输器（ＣＣＩＩ）作为基本单元的集成ＭＯＳ－ＦＥＴ—Ｃ多功能连续时间滤波器。它可以实现诸如低通、带通、高通二次传递函数。该电路不采用平衡结构,但ＭＯＳ管的非线性的消除程度则等同平衡结构。灵敏度也较低。

Capacity investment decisions under risk aversion

This article studies the optimal capacity investment problem for a risk‐averse decision maker. The capacity can be either purchased or salvaged, whereas both involve a fixed cost and a proportional cost/revenue. We incorporate risk preference and use a consumption model to capture the decision maker's risk sensitivity in a multiperiod capacity investment model. We show that, in each period, capacity and consumption decisions can be separately determined. In addition, we characterize the structure of the optimal capacity strategy. When the parameters are stationary, we present certain conditions under which the optimal capacity strategy could be easily characterized by a static two‐sided (s, S) policy, whereby, the capacity is determined only at the beginning of period one, and held constant during the entire planning horizon. It is purchased up to B when the initial capacity is below b, salvaged down to Σ when it is above σ, and remains constant otherwise. Numerical tests are presented to investigate the impact of demand volatility on the optimal capacity strategy. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Naval Research Logistics 63: 218–235, 2016     

A reusable planar triggered spark-gap switch batched-fabricated with PCB technology for medium-and low-voltage pulse power systems

Triggered spark-gap switch is a popular discharge switch for pulse power systems. Previous studies have focused on planarizing this switch using thin film techniques in order to meet the requirements of compact size in the systems. Such switches are one-shot due to electrodes being too thin to sufficiently resist spark-erosion. Additionally, these switches did not employ any structures in securing internal gas composition, resulting in inconsistent performance under harsh atmospheres. In this work, a novel planar triggered spark-gap switch (PTS) with a hermetically sealed cavity was batched-prepared with printed circuit board (PCB) technology, to achieve reusability with low cost. The proposed PTS was inspected by micro-computed tomography to ensure PCB techniques meet the requirements of machining precision. The results from electrical experiments demonstrated that PCB PTS were consistent and reusable with lifespan over 20 times. The calculated switch voltage and circuit current were consistent with those derived from real-world measurements. Finally, PCB PTS was used to introduce hexanitrostilbene (HNS) pellets in a pulse power system to verify its performance.

TF工程应用中的地形数据处理方法研究

研究了地形跟随(TF)工程应用中的地形数据合理性检验、误差消除以及地形数据的转换、存储和更新3个问题。针对地形数据的特点,提出了地形测量数据中数据合理性的判别准则;根据TF工程应用和减小测量随机误差的需要,给出了地形数据转换、存储和更新算法,并根据数据处理结果修正了系统误差。数据处理结果表明,应用该方法可以剔除野值,减小随机误差,地形数据存储与更新算法可行,满足TF工程应用需求。     

基于蒙特卡罗方法的水下目标搜索技术

水下运动目标搜索是工程应用中急需解决的一个实际问题,在已知某一目标的可疑初始位置后,目标的航向、航速将随机变化且未知,搜索器按照哪种搜索方式才能有效实现对水下目标的搜索,其搜索概率随哪些因素变化,都是需要深入研究的问题.在建立了水下目标运动模型的基础上,以螺旋形搜索为例,建立了基于螺旋形搜索的水下目标搜索模型,并利用门特卡罗方法仿真分析了搜索器探测间距、水下目标运动速度和航向变化范围等因素对搜索器搜索概率的影响,为系统分析、比较各种水下目标搜索方法的搜索效能奠定了基础.

卫星侦察需求价值量化对于卫星侦察需求评估及卫星侦察任务调度具有重要的意义,在RAND公司STT分析框架的基础上,从侦察需求分析过程、作战活动与侦察需求的关系、侦察需求价值计算3个方面进行了改进,使从战略到侦察需求的分析过程更具可操作性,得到的侦察需求价值更能够反映侦察需求对顶层目标的重要性,最后通过空中进攻作战案例对改进STT方法进行说明.
